For everyone who enjoys the deliciously delectable taste of an ice cream bar in the warm summer months- or all year round if you're like me- then you will love this healthier alternative. It's very quick and easy to make, and won't hit you with all the fat and calories of a traditional ice cream bar.
Ingredients:
1 box of DARE choclate thins
1 container of Fat-free or low calorie Cool Whip (frozen)
Preparation:
Add 2 tbsp of the fat-free or low calorie Cool Whip and spread over one of the DARE chocolate thins. Add a second wafer on top so it looks like an ice cream sandwich. Simply repeat until all the choclate thins are used up. Then simply freeze and enjoy.
Tip:
When freezing, I always put them in a freezer friendly container, and line each row with wax paper so the "bars" don't stick to each other during freezing.
