Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Pork Chop Preparation:
4 pork chops (I buy the lean, boneless kind)
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of finely ground black pepper

I mix the salt and pepper together, then rub over the pork chops. Set aside until glaze is ready.

Glaze Ingredients:
3/4 cup of pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. brown sugar (packed)
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Mix glaze ingredients well in a shallow sauce pan. Allow to simmer on a medium to low heat until the sauce comes to a boil.

When sauce has boiled, glaze some of the sauce over the pork chops, then cook the pork chops for 30 minutes (or until fully cooked as oven temperatures may vary). Continue to add the glaze every 8-10 minutes until the pork is fully done.

I served this with grilled asparagus and grilled sweet potato! Delicious!
